Product Details

Our luxuriously soft blankets are available in two different sizes and feature incredible artwork on the top surface. The bottom surface is white. Our 100% polyester blankets are available in two different styles: plush fleece and sherpa fleece. Plush fleece blankets are soft and fluffy on both sides, whereas sherpa blankets are smooth like a soft sweater on the artwork side (i.e. shorter threads) which provides for a sharper image. Looking for a recommendation? Go with a 60" x 80" plush fleece blanket. It's soft and luxurious on both sides... the artwork looks incredible... and the size is just right for everyone.

Artist's Description

I worked on Sunny Days One through Four together, gradually adding more detail in each painting session. Working against a bright yellow, I added layers of color and lines to develop the idea of growth--forms moving upwards toward light and life. The 10" x 48" original painting is on stretched canvas, with the image continuing around the 1.5" sides so that no frame is required. It comes with picture wire, ready to hang either vertically or horizontally.

About Lynne Taetzsch

Lynne Taetzsch

Lynne Taetzsch was born in East Orange, New Jersey and grew up in Irvington and Newark, New Jersey. She was interested in art from the time she was a child, spending her allowance on arts and crafts supplies, painting the school windows for the holidays, and winning a class drawing contest in eighth grade. As a young teenager she took oil-painting lessons from a local artist and later she was president of her high-school art club. At Rutgers University, the University of Southern California, and the University of California, Lynne took art classes in painting, print-making, drawing and pottery. But the biggest influence on her art was the two years she spent at Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art in New York City,...
